Mr. Bakang Mahlangu is the Founder and Managing Director of the company, bringing over 25 years of experience in the Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management field. He holds a Bachelor's Degree along with numerous industry-relevant SHE certifications, acquired both locally and internationally.
Since the year 2000, Mr. Mahlangu has accumulated extensive experience across a range of sectors, including Occupational Health and Safety Law Enforcement, Training, Manufacturing, Construction, and the Energy sector.
In 2020, he established BAKSON SHEMCO, driven by a deep passion for SHE excellence. Through his leadership, the company delivers expert, high-quality services to South African businesses.
